This power supply is dust-tight and can withstand partial immersion. It can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors. It delivers a constant voltage of 12 volts for a maximum power of 36 watts and a current of 3 amperes.
Commonly referred to as an adapter or LED transformer (erroneously, as a transformer simply modifies the voltage, whereas a power supply also rectifies the current to make it continuous), it has been specially developed for luminaires. It protects them from short-circuits, overcurrents and overvoltage.
This LED power supply is equipped with screw-on or solder-on stripped wires at input and output. For a perfect seal, remember to insulate your input (220V) and output connections with the neon sign or controller.
