On lumipop.com, you have the right to change your mind. We will refund or exchange your products within 14 days of your purchase.
How do I change my mind?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Order history and details".
- Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return by ticking the box next to their name(s).
- Leave us a message explaining the problem.
- Validate your return by clicking on "Generate a return".
As soon as your returns request has been processed and validated, you will receive an e-mail.
You can then print your returns label by logging into your account and going to "My product returns".
Simply attach the printed label to your returns package.
As soon as we have received and checked the product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will then proceed with the exchange or refund of the product(s).
Conditions :
Only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
